If you want to use AMFAM do not use Trina Owens. When asked why my bill fluctuates the first time she could not tell me what the monthly bill should be or the answer. When I asked if that was a weird question and why she couldn't she told me " I am not going to argue with you" AMFAM confirmed that she should have this knowledge and that they think her service to me was "unacceptable" Just pick another agent. Trust me. She just wants your money. You will not receive any help.
