Well we resolved our dishwasher problem, no thanks to Scott's Appliance. They did call to assure us that our credit card would not be used and after voicing our dissatisfaction online...but little confidence was instilled since: We pulled the part from the diswasher ourselves, took it to Carmona's, ordered the part (Which only cost $40 and not $49 dollars as quoted by Scott's Appliance) and the part came in the NEXT day (no waiting for a month and no miscommunicating there).
