I purchased a dual snow cone machine from Mendingshed.com on 1/6/09 and received on 1/10/09. I noticed it has a long black stain on the back of the machine. So I contacted their customer service by email and requested to return this defective machine for a replacement and also sent them couple pictures for them to see. The customer service advised me to return the machine at my own expense for the shipping cost and they will reimburse for the shipping cost after they verified that it has a defect. They received the defective machine and they informed me that they will not r
