If I had the choice of no stars that would be the designation. Please save yourself from this company. They advised us they could not use the existing system so need to install a new one. However, within two months two of their "new" batteries had gone out at $100 each. We later learned that our phone line had been out for several weeks and since we don't use the land line except for the security system we didn't know - the system certainly didn't alert us that it was not working. This is the most expensive non secure system we have ever used.
