If i could give 0 stars i would. They lost my keys with my key fob, my only mail box key, and my house key. Their general manager Randy is a rude cheap jerk. I had to apply for my mail box to be rekeyed and is a 30 day process per out HOA. I had to physically go to the post office every other day and stand in line forever to get my mail. Randy could care less about the trouble and I think that he found it amusing. How do you loose someones keys? Why did my keys ever leave the car, I simply went there for a car wash.
