My family has been members at FF&F since it opened. Once I grew up and got married, my husband and I decided to join as well. We were sold an incredibly over-priced membership by a pushy sales guy who it turns out isn't even a permanent employee of FF&F and didn't even know the policy for child care (he told us it was free, then later charged us!). Since then we've been very disappointed in the upkeep of the facilities.
