My husband and I went into Port Charlotte VW, to see how much my vw bug, would cost to fix. Once there, a gentleman named John Sennett, met us in the parking lot, and introduced himself. We had been looking at cars, but hadn't planned to buy. John was very patient with us; let us try a couple of cars out. We chose a 2011 Jetta. John explained all the nice features, and commenced to help us through all the paper work, and process of buying another vehicle. We would definitely purchase another car from John, when the time comes. He is a great sale
