DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! It's a good thing his primary customers are already dead, considering how he treats his live customers. In fact if you are unlucky enough to rent housing from him, you and your family may soon wind up as a customer at his funeral home. Perhaps that's the real reason he painted over and then refused to deal with *black mold* in a home he rents to a family with young children, two of whom have serious health problems.
