Expensive prices, poor lighting, environment doesn't feel warm, welcoming, or especially clean. Ordered shrimp tempura ($24). Received a large plate of spoiled, foul-smelling shrimp tempura. It wasn't fit to eat. Will never go there again. Insulting to even have to pay full price taxes for FOOD NOT FIT TO EAT!
