Management: I’ve lived here for 3 years and we’re on our 4th manager! None of them have been very happy or helpful people and from my experience they have no control or influence over their maintenance staff. They want one thing...your money. Maintenance: Generally lazy...bordering on incompetent. But don’t piss them off or you could find your vehicle vandalized, you tires punctured or worse. BEWARE!! Grounds: They’ve done a “facelift” on the front of the complex...but don’t let the fresh paint and flowers fool you. On the interior not much has been done. The dead bushes in
