Where do I start? We had my son's birthday party at their Poway location in March 2009. He got hurt on one of the big slides (pretty deep cut behind his ear) and the Kids Clubhouse (who prides themselves on "safety first" didn't even have a first aid kit! One of our friends had to leave the party and run down to Rite Aid to get what we needed to take care of our son. And when we asked the staff for directions to the nearest urgent care center, they directed us to a vet clinic down the street! No kidding!
