He sold me a house that he owened on a land contract I gave downpayment and trusted him for the contract he said he was getting it drawn up by his laywer I was making monthly payments as he contiuned to delay producing the contract when I insisted on a contract he said he would not sell now and all my payments would be considered rent I had made repairs on the property and was defrauded if he has a chance he would do it to anyone I assume.
