I called Benchmark/Cornerstone September 4 2008at 1;00pm.I spoke with Dorthy to settle my account with Dr.Dunlaney.I have Anthem PPO insurance.Dorthy was very argumentative with me.She accused me of not haveing insurance.She said and I quote"You don't sound like your from here where are you from california"I do not deserve personal attacts especialy when I'm calling to pay my account.Dorthy had my home address wrong,my insurance wrong,and the wrong attitude towards someone who is trying to pay thier account.I have never been yelled at or have been accused of being a lier.O
