I signed a 1 yr . lease here in the Fall of 2005. At first is seemed to be a decent place to live . I liked it because of the rules and regulations the complex enforce .Well after going through many many property managers .We finally got a manager that truly cares for the tenants as well as the property. She runs it like she owns the company . That I can respect .Why is it ? We have monthly inspections . I have no problem with that . The problem I have is that it rained in my apartment May of 2008.The power went out in building 1 and 2.I called the manager at 7:30 am on her
