Review

We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer. After leaving the dealership, we learned there was no spare. After contacting the dealer, we were told we were on our own. I spoke with the salesperson who was rude and obnoxious. After a number phone calls to the owner, he finally answered. He only stated that he would not provide the spare tire, which should have been on the vehicle when we made the purchase. He basically told us too bad, we're on our own.
