I tan when the weather gets cold because it makes me feel better. I tried Tortola Island the other day. It's kind of hidden on Main st in the Alano building. It's under new ownership by a woman named Mindy. She was very friendly and knowledgable. The prices are very low. The walls are painted in detail to give you that island feel.
