We bought a bedroom set for our daughter and the saleman talked us into purchasing a warranty to cover any damage. He specifically mentioned nail polish remover damage. Two years later our daughter did spill nailpolish remover on the dresser. We contacted the warranty company who is out of business, so we contacted FWS to find out how we were going to get our furniture repaired. They refused to help us in any way saying it wasn't their problem. They are the ones that we paid, not Stainsafe. I will never buy anything from them again and I am telling everyone I can!!!
