We bought a beautiful EXPENSIVE desk. When you spend that kind of money you expect quality. When it arrived 2 weeks after we purchased it, we picked it up from the warehouse still in the box so we couldn't inspect it. Once we got it home we found a lot of chips and nics out of the wood. We called straightaway and they told us they could send someone out to touch it up or they could order us a new one but it would take another 2 weeks to arrive. No guarantees it wouldn't be damaged.
