After the title company we had lined to to complete our witness closing fell through, Jenny Colon (branch manager at Shaffer) scheduled us within hour with Kim Anderson, closer at satellite office in Newport News, to complete our witness closing. It was the best experience we had with title company so far. Kim went through all the documents with us (which she didn't have to do with witness closing). We would recommend this title company to anyone purchasing a home!
