Review
This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with! They charged me over $1,000 in repairs and cleaning when I moved out. They sent out a two page "move out letter" detailing what needed to be done before vacating the premises. Even though I did everything they said, they still managed to make up $1,000 worth of bogus charges. They charged me for pressure washing the front and back patio claiming that it was mossy. They charged me for mowing and edging the grass. I paid a professional company to mow and edge the property the day before I mo
