When I went to this facility I put on my forms when I checked in that I had an allergy to an ingredient that is used in some medications. After I was seen and prescribed medication, I asked them to make sure that the said ingredient was not in the prescription. I was told no, it is not. I made the mistake of trusting the professionals and paid a $50 co-pay, only to have a severe allergic reaction.
