Terrible Experience I took my two dogs to Lilac Hill Grooming because my husband and I are new in the area and wanted to support local business. One of the worst mistakes I have made. I was appalled by the filth and disarray of the place but Carlotta seemed kind enough and eager for business. Somehow the smallest dog got loose while soaking wet. He apparently escaped through a door her two large dogs opened. I snatched up the dog who was still there wet and shivering on the table while she looked for the one who got away. My 9 lb dog was lost for 7 nights before he was safe
