Transitions Counseling is the private practice of Rhonda Piazza M.Ed., L.P.C. Rhonda provides indivdual and group therapy to those needing support during times of transition such as divorce, death of a loved one, "coming out" to friends and family, career change, mid-life, empty nest, relocation, etc. Rhonda has 20+ years of experience in social service helping others face change. Sliding-fee scale, initial visit is free.
