Most unprofessional auto/body establishment I've ever had an opportunity to deal w/ bar none...Compulsive liar/narcissistic sociopath with no regards or concept on how the outside world and/or reality play hand in hand with respect to the customer experience. Never answers company phone. Not trust worthy(cannot be held to his word) In my opinion quite frankly (I don't feel the individual in charge of this operation(is even competent enough to be trusted with tightening a bicycle chain).
