I'd like to begin by saying I am so disappointed with this place. My mom has been here since Dec'2013. Mr. Jerry Gentile painted such a different picture. Especially concerning staff. Never can find a Dr. on the floor. When you ask for him. They say he just left. The experience I've had with staff is very frustrating. If you should ask about Mom, they become annoyed and bothered. There is one incident that I found my mom unresponsive and burning with fever. When I asked staff about- she asked that I speak to nurse. Nurse took a while to come to speak with me & whe
