Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service: I brought in a "dry clean only" light cream parka that was ruined by their dry cleaning machine. Leone, himself, told me that his son new that the machine would not clean the jacket properly and it left light grey and purple markings ALL over the jacket, however instead of just returning the jacket without attempting to clean it, he put it through the machine 2-3 times! Leone agreed with me that his son should not have cleaned the jacket, however he could not be responsible for the damage done by the machine nor his so
