I was very impressed how PII handled my needs. They pointed me in the right direction for the age groups and layout and came up with a great design. They handled all the installation in a timely manner and did a follow up inspection a few weeks later. I would highly recommend them to any one who is looking for play equipment. We did have other company's try to sell to us however they were like dealing with a used car salesman.
