I wish someone had warned me! Don't trust them to manage your property. I called to check on one of the properties they managed for me, and they thought I was looking for one and tried to steer me away from my own property! They didn't advertise my properties on their website, They also allowed the copper pipes to be stolen, or at least they said they were stolen and charged me to replace them, they didn't even file a police report so I could be reimbursed by my insurance. We poured a ton of money into them for "repairs." Bad communication, bad serv
