Dr. Kalamchi is very hard to communicate with, and is very tempermental. He does not like to explain much, and honestly it just appears to me that he's just about had it with his career as a surgeon; and he spoke to me as if I were a child. If you are seeking oral care rather than a battle of wits I suggest you try and avoid Dr. Kalamchi's services.
