I work in the property management industry so I know how frustrating things can be. However, in my WHOLE life I have never encounter such terrible customer service as I have from Sue. She and her husband own PRM. I have always believed in the "kill them with kindness" approach, you never know what kind of day someone is having. I have spoke with Sue 3 times and each time she has brought me to tears. She is rude, abrasive, aggressive and beyond unhelpful. She starts the every conversation with an attitude like I've never experienced. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST e
