I STRONLY DISAGREE with this statement. I was more than satisfied with the high level of proficiency in costumer service and purity despite the fact that it%u2019s a shop. Redwood City Transmission was recommended to me by a coworker. I had the transmission rebuilt on my Tahoe back in early February of 2007. I received a 1year or 12k mile service contract. I went back last month and although the warranty was expired my transmission was rebuilt at no extra cost. This is probably why they pledge for their work!
