I have been a student at this school for more than 5 years, and without trying to sound too dramatic, it has improved my life in ways I never would have imagined. I joined the Wushu/Kung fu program at age 48, not in very good shape, and as a smoker. After 6 months of intensive cardio training (which this school really emphasises) I finally quit smoking. Also today at age 53 I am definately in the best shape I have ever been physically.
