After reading about Elite Furniture Service in Chicago Magazine recently, I thought they would be the perfect company to reupholster a chair of mine. I contacted Jeff Kleinschmidt who pleasantly told me I could email him a picture of my chair and he would give me a quote on the job. I emailed him on October 13, 2009 and followed up with a phone call the following morning to be sure he had received the email. He said he had and was busy getting his staff directed for the day, but would get back to me by day's end. Today is November 1, 2009 and I am STILL WAITING! Appare
