I went there for the second time last saturday because i was really in need of some cash fast. Everything started out ok until it was time for them to draw blood for the plasma. The phlebotemist did not know what she was doing. She claimed she my vain was small and she couldnt feel it. I should've known then it would be a problem because doctors/nurses never have a problem finding my vains, you can even see them. She ended up putting the needle in wrong which cause my arm to swell and a had to go through it all over again in the other arm. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours
