My husband and I have taken serious steps to conserve our electrical use in our home. We have insulated, purchased new windows & doors, own all energy efficient appliances, heat with our fireplace and yet every single month, our electric bill goes up. We have expressed our concerns repeatedly but have never received adequate explanations - and the costs continue to go up at alarming rates!!!! The ONLY good thing SCI REMC does is respond to emergencies - that said, we'll probably loose our energy efficient house because we can't afford electricity and a mortgage payment.
