I had to board my dog at Pineville Pet Hospital during Hurricane Gustav and when I picked her up I was horrified at the condition of my dog and her belongings. She was covered in urine and had feces on her feet and I had to drive her home in my car this way. They admitted to not being able to walk the dogs for the past 15 hours due to bad weather and flooding conditions and I can accept that, however, if I was running a business I would have bathed the dog that had no choice but to soil itself repeatedly.
