We went to the Whirlpool website to find some who could service our washer. We were provided this company as a source and had them service our whirlpool washing machine. They replaced a water pump on a unit the did not spin properly. We did not use the machine and left for a week vacation when we returned and actually used the washer, the exact same error code was displaying and it would not finish a cycle. We contact them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and we have not even received a return phone call to come back out. Not sure if this is the company that I would trust f
