I rented storage from A Davis when it was run by a very nice lady who sent invoices and allowed payment over the phone. All of a sudden one year the invoices stopped coming, I did not realize it and completely over looked paying my bill until I got a notice of auction and I had to come up with $100 in two days. Keep in mind that the storage area was 30 minutes from where I lived, so I never drove by and had not seen it in 4 years so I really needed the reminder from the invoice.
