good trainning, and the staff appear to be nice....until you get a placement. you wont know everything....lucky you gets to find out on your own. forget about a personal life, i know you have rules, but i was told i could not baby-sit my 3 year old neice at MY house while my fosterkid was at school...did i mention they have the lowest pay but the highest demands? i will not reffer anyone!
