This company does not know the meaning of customer service. Once they have your deposits, they know you are trapped and they will do nothing for you. Ask realtors; they know. They always require extension after extension! Forget trying to plan for your close or move date!! After 10 time extensions they still don't give a reason for even more delays. You will never know what you are dealing with or what more you can do but wait for them, because they have you hostage. And don't even try to reach a human being to resolve anything with!! Please don't givy them your money!!!!!
