When the elevator opens into the studio you hear laughter and see smiling faces all around, even though they are working out they are smiling! The trainer that I worked with was really friendly and didnt scare off when I told her of my injuries; in fact- she worked with my injuries and I felt better then I have in years after the session. The prices are fair for the treatment you get, I will most defanitely be back!
