Welcome to the Rochester Athletic Club family of health and wellness facilities! Thank you for inquiring about Western New York's premier health club, here is a little background of our company. Rick Rugg and Bob Schiffhauer founded the original Buffalo Athletic Club in October of 1980 based around these three simple values: SERVICE CLEANLINESS OWNER OPERATED FACILITIES Since then, our company has grown to twelve locations, expanded east to Rochester, and welcomed ten new partners. By maintaining these core ideals, the Rochester Athletic Club continues to thrive today, putting us in a position to reach new markets and continue to develop into the future.

Henrietta RAC is a very nice facility...Great workout environment. Very friendly staff. Rick Bovee is my trainer and he's personally I believe, one of the best around. Rick helped me meet and exceed my goals. I would recommend this club to anyone.
