Review
Petsmart Grooming on Sawmill Rd is the worst. The treat the customers terribly, not giving detailed information of what is needed and mixing up appointment times, without apology. They treat the animals harshly if the animal is frightened. When the manager is approached about the behavior he laughs it off and doesn't do anything to correct the behaviour of the groomer. I have had 3 bad grooms, 1 messed up appointment and 1 where they didn't tell me I needed paperwork to get my dog groomed. Both of the appointment mixups ended up in the dog not getting the groom needed.
