They are very reckless with their inspection of properties using bilding codes that are not applicable in the location/area they are doing the inspections. They also find problems that are listed on their report that professionals experts find incorrect. Very poor reporting structure and poor company oversite of their inspectors. This is a company to use if you want to submarine a prospective sale. Their reports are inaccurate and poorly thought out. I would never use this company again to inspect a property under contract for sale.
