progressive properties real estate is the worst management company i have ever dealt with. they give tenants the run-around and "repair" malfunctioning things with band-aid tactics, rather than fully replacing or repairing the problem. 'slum lords' is a great name for them as they allow tenants to live in intolerable and inhumane conditions. it's my personal mission to let everyone know to never rent, buy, or work with them - unless you feel like having your hands tied and having no control with your living situation.
