1 Star is too much! I have been waiting days, Thursday was the first day they were contacted, and they cant seem to get to me! I have no oven and I have children!! I was put off over the weekend and then they said Monday morning. It is now 3:00 in the afternoon! No call or return of my call to them! They wont even answer their phone or call me back to let me know if they even intend coming! Guess they have enough business they don't need mine.... or yours!!!
