I have never been so disappointed with service I have written a review. Every step of the way Servpro has been unprofessional and failed to provide any communication. I had a leak in a rental property and called Servpro when a local company referred me to them as they were too busy after a big storm the day before Thanksgiving. When they arrived after many phone calls from me and no communication from them they didn't have any contracts or receipts for the $500 deposit they required.
