As part of a larger order- shower enclosure &window glass replacements- I had them replace a small bathroom screen. When they came to install I wasn't home. I found the screen sitting against the wall. When I tried to put it in the window, it didn't fit. They refused to send someone out to take care of it. Said they were too busy.
