When I brought my used watch to Dakota in Fayette Mall to determine why it did not work, staff members examined it, explained the poor quality of the case, and replaced the case. It works fine now! The three staffers were attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to meet my needs. None tried to convince me to buy a new product--a refreshing attitude! I am a satisfied customer and will return to the small place that practices great customer service.
