I tried to contact the J CPenny store located in Dearborn on Michigan for over 3 hours and no one never picked up the phone. I even tried to obtain a different number by caling information and I was given the same number. I think this type of service is unacceptable for customers who want to ask a simple question. I spent over $300 this past weekend, and all I wanted to do is ask a question about the sale. I should not have to get dressed and drive over to a store to find out the answer to a simple question. This is totally ridiculous and I was very upset about this.
